ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into the skin at specific points along the body's meridian lines. This ancient form of medicine is used in the treatment of various physical and mental conditions.

LOW LEVEL LASER THERAPY

Also known as Cold Laser Therapy or LLLT, uses light to stimulate cells and promote tissue repair, improving tissue function and reducing inflammation.

Using a medical-grade low level laser machine, I am able to treat patients at the clinic by focusing the laser light on any part of the body that there is pain.

SPORTS INJURIES

The goal of sports injury management involves protection of the injured tissue and the control of inflammation while improving muscle function, flexibility and strength to achieve faster recovery goals and maximize one’s physical potential.

WOMEN'S & MEN'S HEALTH

I provide individual, caring and effective solutions for men and women of all ages.

CONTINENCE & PELVIC FLOOR

Did you know more than 40% of women in Australia live unnecessarily with bladder control problems? Physiotherapy is a proven way for women to regain or keep control of their pelvic floor.

CORE STABILITY TRAINING

Core stability training increases the functionality of the related muscles that make up the body's trunk, this improves control over position, movement and performance. It can be used to treat pain, for post-surgery rehabilitation, or improve sports performance.

RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Rheumatoid arthritis commonly affects the hands, knees and feet. There is currently no cure, but  damage can be reduced with early and ongoing treatment. My goal of treating Rheumatoid Arthritis is to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and improve a overall functionality.

FIBROMYALGIA

Fibromyalgia causes widespread pain and tenderness in the body. Physiotherapy can help with muscle relaxation and stress management.

Treatment techniques can relieve many types of pain, including, but not limited to; Back Pain or Bulging Disc, Leg Pain and Sciatica, Shoulder Pain and Rotator Cuff, Neck Pain and Whiplash,

Joint and Muscle pain

PERSISTENT PAIN
PRE & POST SURGERY TRAINING

Physiotherapy is an essential part of post-surgery recovery. I teach clients how to safely and confidently increase movement and exercise without sustaining damage to the healing structures, therefore maximizing functional ability and independence.

STROKE & PARKINSON'S

Physiotherapy plays an important role in the management of Parkinson's or in the recovery process following a stroke. It is aimed to assist your body to regain as much strength and movement as possible.

BALANCE & VERTIGO

Vertigo, imbalance and dizziness are symptoms of Vestibular dysfunction. Vestibular dysfunction is a result of a sensory imbalance in the inner ear causing disequilibrium. It can present as blurred vision, unsteady walking, decreased concentration and / or increased tiredness.
